This Privacy Policy explains how YourSay ("YourSay," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit yoursay.me (the "Site"), submit a form, book a meeting, request a free strategy call, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
YourSay is a district-wide content and online visibility platform built for K-12 school districts. YourSay is operated by Maddox Legal, located in San Antonio, Texas. You can reach us at privacy@yoursay.me.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact details you submit through forms, booking widgets, lead capture, or email correspondence (name, district, role, phone number, email address).
- Scheduling details you submit through our Calendly booking link, including your name, email, phone, time zone, and any answers to intake questions.
- Communications you send to us through email, SMS, web forms, or phone, including the contents of those messages.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
- Pixel and analytics data from the Meta Pixel and other analytics tools, used to measure ad performance and improve our Services. These tools may set cookies on your device.
2.3 Information collected during calls and SMS
- Call audio, transcripts, and call metadata when you call us, when our AI-assisted agent calls you in response to your inquiry, or when a member of our team speaks with you.
- SMS message content and delivery metadata when you exchange text messages with us.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver, operate, and improve the Services.
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule and confirm meetings, and provide quotes and proposals.
- To send you SMS messages and place phone calls (including AI-assisted calls and automated dialer calls) related to your inquiry, in accordance with the consent you provided when submitting a form or booking a meeting.
- To send transactional email and SMS such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- To send marketing communications, where you have opted in and not opted out.
- To run, measure, and optimize advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable law.
4. SMS, automated dialing, and AI-assisted calls
When you submit a form, book a meeting, or otherwise opt in to be contacted, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from YourSay at the phone number you provided, including calls placed by automated dialing systems and AI assistants, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help.
Recordings, transcripts, and metadata of these communications may be retained for quality assurance, compliance, and service improvement. If you do not consent to receive these communications, please do not submit our forms or booking links.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and run advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the Services.
6. How we share information
We share information only as described below and never sell your personal information.
- Service providers that help us operate the Services, including our CRM and automation platform, calendar and scheduling provider, AI voice provider, SMS and voice carrier, email delivery provider, hosting provider, analytics provider, and ad platforms. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to handle data securely and use it only to perform services for us.
- Compliance and legal obligations, when required by subpoena, court order, regulator request, or to enforce our agreements or protect our rights.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice to you as required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Call recordings and SMS transcripts are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct or update inaccurate information.
- Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time. You can unsubscribe from email by clicking the link in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where one is available.

9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for school district administrators and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at privacy@yoursay.me and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email where appropriate.
